Banana Oatmeal Recipe:
- 2 cups of Oats/Oatmeal. Please use Rolled oats or old-fashioned oats. Instant oats won’t work
- 2 Ripe Bananas. The more ripe the more sweet the pancake and easier to work with - but avoid rotten or super mushy bananas
- 2 Eggs.
- 2 table spoons of Baking powder.
- 2 table spoons of oat milk (optional)
